What this directory will contain
- Estate agents and agencies, with the number from the Real Estate Agents Registration Council.
- Lawyers, with their roll number from the Cyprus Bar Association.
- Surveyors and architects, with their ETEK registration.
- Accountants and mortgage brokers, with the body that regulates them named on the profile.
The directory is being compiled from the public registers. First profiles expected in November 2026.

Estate agents and agencies. Only a registered person may act as an estate agent in Cyprus.
- Cyprus Bar Association
Lawyers. A conveyancing lawyer must be on this roll.
- ETEK
Architects, civil engineers and surveyors, including anyone who signs a structural report.
How we verify a listing
- RegisterWe read the licence number from the public register of the profession, not from the company.
- MatchThe registered name and number must match the business exactly. If they do not, the profile is not published.
- DateEvery profile carries the date the register was last read, and is rechecked at least once a year.
Are you a licensed professional?
Send the registered name, the register you appear on and your licence number. There is no fee for a basic listing, and no enquiries are passed on: a profile is a public record of a licence, not a lead source.
