# Cyprus Property Report: agent and API documentation

Optional query parameters: `grain=month|quarter|year` (aggregation where the series allows it), `propertyType=all|apartment|house`, `buyerType=all|eu|non_eu|foreign` (only where the publisher splits by buyer), `from=<period>`, `to=<period>` (periods as `YYYY-MM`, `YYYY-Qn` or `YYYY`).

Columns on every row: `period, district, propertyType, buyerType, value, unit, source, sourceUrl, retrievedAt`. `source` is the official publisher, `sourceUrl` the document the value was read from, `retrievedAt` when it was read. The latest period of a monthly series is provisional until the publisher's next release.
